TERM & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT SYSTEM

1. Time charter first month 100% paid at the time of signing the contract and deposit a (one) month.
2. Second payment of time charter and so on are paid 10 (ten) days prior to maturity and if within 10 (ten) days is not well paid, then the shipowner is entitled to transferred to other parties.
3. Delay in payment, the tenant would be charged a penalty Rp.10.000.000 / day Laycan
4. The shipowner is responsible for: Salaries crew, ship letters, Engine Oil, and Boat Insurance
5. Cargo owner is responsible for: Agency Costs, Fuel / Solar, Freshwater, Premiums, Ship safety during Operation / discharter, and cargo on board and Insurance Charge.
6. Addendum: Term others will be confirmed again after approval.
7. Ship's Particular will be sent after we receive the Shipping Instruction (SI).
8. Requests must be valid which submitted directly to the seriousness of the cargo owner's interest in Letter of Intent.  

PROCEDURE TIME CHARTER

1. Details information should suit the needs of the beginning of the Letter of Intent.
2. The purpose freight and cargo.
3. Ship Rental system.
4. Seriously interested in an official Letter of Intent.
5. TC (Time Charter) / Month. Port of loading and unloading.
6. Laycan (from shipment) schedule must be no certainty.
